I am sorry if you try and keep up with everything I am doing on here because I haven’t updated in a long time.
I have finished my foundations classes! It was a tough 8 weeks but I have learned so much! I know Everything I need to know to be on the floor!! My first day on the floor is tomorrow and I am so excited to start getting clients.
I have had so much support from all my new friends from school! I refuse to break down on my first day and I know My educators will make it easy and slow for me the first month. I am still hoping to make all my numbers this month so I can jump levels faster! Levels determine how many clients we see a month. The higher the level the more clients you have seen during the month.

Over the weekend I visited Fort Wayne.. I really only saw my family but I had a lot of fun! Even tho I love Nashville I still miss things in Fort Wayne. Maddie and I ate at my favorite junky food place mister coney :) we stuffed our faces it was so good!
Today was orientation for my new job! I will work at Gaylord Opryland as a character during country Christmas! I will be multiple characters! Who knew you really needed to be short to fit in those costumes! :) I was also told that because dream works will be with Opryland for a long time to come that I will be able to keep my job thru out the year although there will be tomes they won’t have characters but it’s a great job to have for my school! I’m very excited and can’t wait to start! It feels weird to have the same job as a theater arts major! I love it because it’s fun but I didn’t go to school to do this I’m just a natural :) and I will get a new name tag that will say Alysse instead of Aly. At the time I thought it would just be easier to see and say but more I think about it it will be weird with people calling me Aly. So now everyone needs to come to Gaylord Opryland for the country Christmas and buy the dream works package to be able to come visit. :) so excited for the Christmas season!! Happy Holidays!!
My sister and Johnny got stone put in by the fire place and a few other places as well! I must add the whole Monday being stuck in my room all day was interesting with 5 construction workers that only knew Spanish.

This is my class! :) September 2011 TSPA
We have started working on hands on stuff at school! yay! I hate “book work”. So far I have learned how to make finger waves, hot rollers, pin curls, (yes these are all old school but we have to know them for our state board test) today we got our irons and learned how to curl! I’v also learned vertical and horizontal break down. My first mental break down was when I learned vertical break down but i got it and i can down both of them in 7 min! :) yippee. I might get over dramatic and frustrated to the point I cry in class (I try so hard not too) but EVERYONE is so supportive and helps me. :) I love everyone in my class. I feel excepted and pretty. I will never regret moving to Nashville! I am also thinking about staying in school for more hours so I can move to Cali and be able to get licensed!
So I have realized that I need a real camera and not just my iphone. I will put some photos up when other students post them on facebook. :)

I have taken 5 tests so far and my GPA is at a 93%
First week of beauty school was great. I love everyone in my class and it’s so much fun! I can’t wait to get past all this book work! Today I am studying chemistry. Test tomorrow
